I am sure since this is from an ASCS Regional series he won't get the votes but how about
Dustin Daggett - 11 wins out 25 races. He skipped one ASCS SOD show to run a 410 event and that cost him the championship.

You have to take into consideration the *quality* of races ran when comparing wins vs. starts. Can you imagine the numbers a Shane Stewart, Gary Wright or a Jason Johnson would have if they ran 80% of "regional" races? With ASCS paying out a quarter of a million bucks for their point fund, it would be hard to argue why the 2009 champ wouldnt be the 360 driver of the year.

I'd say Bruce Jr. as well, he's been pretty tough to beat this last couple months.
