for chad it is pretty plain dark blue frame with white body panels and a 3x on it not much more but graphics dont win races

If it's published in the web you can just cut and paste.
If you have it in your computer, click on the "image" icon on the top bar of the reply form. It is two spaces to the right of the "link" icon. That will allow you to browse your computer and upload the pic.
