the car the crash wall the banking the fence the caution light and the light pole in the background (coming on to light the pitts)all look like baylands too me

No he had that ride for quite a few years. Won some NARC titles with it. GSC? Not sure about that. Ran the WoO a full year in that car. He retired from racing while driving that car. I think. Openwheeler or someone from Cali might know a bit more than I do.

Jimmy Sills, who is Tim's brother-in-law, drove the car when Tim suffered burns in the late '80's, or the early '90's while he(Tim) was racing a supermodified at Madera. He was out of the car for a long time; but as another poster noted, he drove for Virgil and Annie Owen up until his retirement. He did win the NARC championship in the early '90's. Amd I think that he won the GSC title that year, as well.
He then went onto the WoO tour for a year with the car...
