See CW I thought that I heard it was supposed to be TK on the front row lol. Then when they line-up I saw Furr on pole.

Another reason why we need GT not only doing the PR for the GLR Series but the announcing for it as well. TK was 2nd. quick and with a 4 invert, he starts 3rd, even I know that! Great write up Gary once again and a terrific night to end the season!
Congratulations to the Tarlton team, the 69 team and everyone else. TK you know I always love it when you race with us, you are one of my favorites! Congratulations on your 2nd. GLR win this season.
Jason Newton we will miss you next year, you've come along ways thats for sure.

there are people who have helped to promote the series at ocean speedway, and they all need to be thanked, but this year when the series was establishing itself even more and really needed it there are a couple of people who stepped up of their own free will to report on and promote it. Gary Costa and Lance Jennings took the time and interest in the series to not only report on the series but create and maintain a website dedicated to the GLR series. while al drake, jason newton and even myself at times did what we could to help report on the series, the added professionalism that gary and lance brought to the series, along with their genuine interest, excitement and concern has been great. they took an interest in everything and everyone in the series, and had an idea of what everyone was up to. it didn't matter what team or driver, they all were just as interesting and importent, and that showed in their reporting. they gave mention and props to everyone, no matter the status or points position. i like GT and his talents are a welcome addition. he is rightly admired and respected, and has a broad knowlage of racing all over. i would just like to give due thanks as well to costa and jennings for stepping up, just because they wanted to, when they did. thanks guys.
to indy and beyond!!

Glad to see that the series has adopted the best of the very best when it comes to the PR work. The revolving combination that saw Gary Thomas, Gary Costa and Lance Jennings was second to none!! Great job guys!!!
Way to go Team Tarlton!!! The season long battle lived up to all that could have ever been expected!
Thank you Linda, I have had a blast racing within that series and will definately miss it as well. Big thanks to Rick Wright and John Prentice for putting this series together; without it I can guarantee I never would have had the opportunity to race these cars and be a part of something truly special. I cant thank my crew guys enough; Steve, Gary, Stephen and Mark for their efforts keeping that race car going! As goes without saying in racing it takes a lot of time and effort; I thank my family and especially my wife and boys for being a part of this for me, but also need to say thanks to all the families that do this together.....it's what makes doing this really special!

JMO as a race fan from socal, but I think Bruce Velo's videos and Steve Jones interviews deserve some recognition for providing videos of the exciting action at Ocean this year. Both these gentlemen promote Ocean at every opportunity. Thanks guys!
