Gotta plead ignorance up front, and I'm placing any blame aside, but I have to ask if raceceiver radios were in use at Terre Haute in the event with the Rutz accident? From the video it appears that good communication officials to drivers may have helped or prevented this crash. Im questioning whether these or similar systems should be mandatory. I wish these systems were available when I was running. Let's face it, some tracks have poor signal lighting, and it's not always easy to see signals from a flagstand or lights, with dust, mud, or the setting sun in your eyes. Best wishes to all involved and their families

Video was here on the previous argument thread regarding the wreck... Not sure where it is currently. All I know is it was ugly Was hoping someone who actually was there, involved, and who knew the specifics could answer. Anyone who participated in this event would know (owner, driver etc)
