I think it would be cool if they had a reality t.v. show that followed 5 young drivers through out there season. Not like the Roush racing deal, but a show where they just follow them around and show behind the seasons struggles etc. I think Kevin Swindell would be a great person for this show.

The had a show kind of like that about 3 years ago. It was 4 or 5 people who were trying to take their racing careers to the next level (which unfortunately meant nascar).
I remember it was based largely on the Hooters Pro Cup series. There was Micheal Rich (Hooters Cup Vet), Michelle Theriault, (Hooters Cup rookie), another really good guy whos name I cant remember (late model driver without the money to go bigger), an SCCA road racer from OK, and USAC/Namars graduate Sara McCune.
Sara did great in everything people put her in and when it looked like she may get a couple of rides the show just ended...mid season with no conclusion or anything.
I knew of Sara before the show because she was pretty well known around the same time Sarah Fisher was starting to have success in Open Wheel Cars. Her parents were killed in a robbery and she had a rough time recovering from that and trying to race without them. The only reason I watched that show was because Sara McCune was on it and I was bummed when it just stopped airing. She was very classy, poised, and polite and really seemed to be working her tail off to try to get decent rides or just laps in anything. In one episode she actually tested a winged sprinter but the owner wanted to put her in a 410 race running a mild mannered driving school 360 car so she declined.
Anyone know what she has been up to the last few years? She is talented enough she deserves to be running something for somebody.
Loose is when you hit the wall with the rear of the
car, tight is when you hit the wall with the front of
the car. Horsepower is how fast you hit the wall and
torque is how far you move the wall.

Someone is coming in and filming this weekend at Williams Grove. I don't know the details, but they are following Darrah, S. Kinser, Todd Shaffer and some others. I'll try and find out and spread the news.
