Hearing Evan Suggs had fast time 11.692. Someone from the 33e team drew the 10 pill putting Brent Kaeding on the pole for the A main.

Why even have a 9 or 10 pill? What is the point of getting fast time, you can't make it to the front in a 25 lap race from the 5th row when you have BK, Bud, Tarlton and the rest of them in front of you.

Once again pill draw is more important in winning than qualifying.

so would you rather see the fast qualifier run away with it week after week don't you think the predictability of that would be like watching the steelers play the raiders week after week i mean how long do you think that would last

Are people really complaining about an invert? It would be so fun if the fast qualifiers started on the front row every night.
Congrats to Evan Suggs for the NTR! However didn't the PILL he drew for qualifying have something to do with his ability to set fast time.
Sure, there is definitely luck involved in these pill draws, but over time it all evens out. Congrats to Tommy Tarlton on the win and tightening up that great points battle.

Not saying this is what happened last night but if someone is going to lead wire-to-wire, I would rather it be the fast qualifier than 8th quick, or 10th quick etc.
In another post someone said the track had two groves last night. Great for Ocean. I really enjoy going to the races there and look forward to more.
John and his crew have done a lot of good things there.

The pill draw is a good thing but I would scale it back to 1 to 7 maybe. the 9 & 10 pills are too far back for a 25 lapper. Evan would have two or three wins if he would slow down and qualify 5th or 6th for each race.

I've been there twice when they cut the main short, one was only about 18 laps.
