I got a feeling that Kasey is going to run the Nationals. He just finished second up at the Grove last night, so he is getting his car ready. If you look at the Nationals line up, there is a number 91 and says TBA.
Anyone else?

Wow! Kahne runs at Williams Grove and practices at Knoxville on the same night! A regular Houdini act...

Bill - you gotta give props to the man. He flew to Knoxville imbetween his heat and feature at the Grove to get a few laps in before he needed to get back to PA to get strapped in for the feature. He's just that damn good and this is a time to tip your hat to KK.

Apparently I got some bad information then, because I was told that Blaney sold the team to Greg Wooley, and that Wooley had hired Sid Blandford to run the car and the possibility of Devlin Polkinghorn running the backup car if things went well for Sid. I'll check my sources and get back to you.

If Tim Gee's family trucking business sponsors the team, if Shane Carson is allowed to drive every other Tuesday on 1/4 mile tracks, if Ron Shuman builds the shocks, if Ted Lee supplies the lug wrenches, if the ghost of Bob Weikert handles all media requests, if Jeff Swindell does...SOMETHING... if if...I've got a new favorite team.

I was going to volunteer to help wrench, but I built and rebuilt enough cars for Sid in 4 months to last a lifetime. Bobby Allen should be put in, as he would be eligible for the past champion's provisional.

Sorry buddy, but Bill is correct about KK wasn't in Knoxville. Go down and read the post about Williams Grove last night posted by Cubicdollars and click on it and it will take u to the news station that has the story about him racing last night and finishing 4th. Its also been stated that Brad Sweet was going to be running more wing stuff this year with KKR. So if he is the driver for the Nationals he's definitely a good fit........damn good driver!
Trophy Cup......Best race of the year hands down!
