*#88 of Baungarner pulled off while staging for the A and did not take the intial green. When he appeared after lap 1 red flag for Speed he was black flagged. He did not take initial green flag. 1 lap had been scored as leaders had crossed start line prior to Speed's flip.

* Kaeding led intial 14-15 laps until Walker passed him in traffic and never looked back. Only yellow was for a spin at the bottom or turns 3&4 by the #M5 of Krum on lap 29 which erased Walker's big lead. 2 lapped cars between Walker and 2nd running Kaeding on the restart- Walker was never challenged over final 2 circuits.
