Is it the same #71 that Kenny Jacobs drove at K-Ville a few years ago?? KJ ended up runnin' strong in that car.

anything about racing. I don’t understand how they
come up with some of the calls they do. It makes me
think that they just might be that stupid. It’s
scary." -Steve Kinser

Bobby Davis Electric Company #71 out of Memphis, TN.
OR... Coor's Light #71 out of Northern Cali. Hopefully it's their coil over car.

I think that you're thinking of Pete Grove's #70.
Signature here.

Are you thinking about the Lovell Bros. #71 out of Yuba City? I don't think they'll be going to the Nats. Korey basically just runs at Marysville Raceway Park in the weekly 360 series now. I'm not sure if his twin brother Kevin is even driving anymore...........

Kenny drove Dan's stuff way back...had to be in 93 and 94. I think Stevie Smith ran it in 95 and 96 and Wolfie ran it in 97 before he got hurt in Granite City and then Dan sold everything off. In fact Dan always had the Schnee car KJ won I believe The Big One at Eldora with on display in the office of his race shop in Pengilly.

T-Dub: I was being a little difficult there... Bobby Davis, Jr. drove the Davis Electric 71 prior to driving for Weikert, we're talking '81 or so. Sammy drove a Davis 71 with Tom Sanders wrenching before that, even.
The Lovell Coor's Light-sponsored coil car... '83, with Tim Green aboard.
People were throwing out some crazy ideas on WHICH 71 it was... thought I'd join in.

The 71 car that Paul is driving is out of the Brownstown Motorsports stable from Pennsylvania, and will be a team car to Jesse Hockett's #13. Sponsorship for the Eagle chassis will be Indy Race Parts, & the car will utilize an HP racing Chevy powerplant, also from PA. Also, Don Droud will be driving a wingless #71 for the team at Osky & K-ville.
When in doubt, gas it!!
