Yes the Lubbock, El Paso, & D/FW cars run the race saver SST rules and the Kansas cars run under the URSS rules.
www.unitedrebelsprintseries.com
3 main differences:
wing size 16 sq ft for KS and 25 sq ft for Tx
Iron spec head for KS and Alum spec head for Tx
18" hard tire for KS and 17" somewhat softer tire for Tx
Should make a close match up on a
1/4 mile 12 degree banked red clay day time surface feature.
