Sammy (or at least the hauler) is at Huset's right now. I have to eat my words now as I have stated that Sammy would probably never race at Huset's again because of an issue a few years ago. I stand corrected, as usual.

you may not have to eat your words cause there is still alot of rain coming and he may never race there again if they get cancelled...

I hear ya'. As much as I hate to admit it, it looks pretty sketchy for tonight. No WoO show at Huset's at all this year would be a shame. Would've been nice to have gotten to see them on the first scheduled date, but we won't get in to that.

haha...ya...im about 5 miles from the track and there is no rain here...hasnt been rain since this morning but has been really gloomy all day...i keep callin the track and they said they were going to update every half hour to 45 minutes and they havent said anything since noon...

yeah it would be a shame if Huset's would miss it's cash cow event. If it does get washed out ticket prices will propably go up the rest of the year for weekly shows to compinsate for the cash short fall.

they had their chance to get the show in earlier this year...the track was blowing dust off the top the day the race was but they cancelled it...so they must not be struggling too much for money...

The only thing special about the "patriot day special" this year will be the "specially" priced tickets!
I can hear it now. "Hey, hey, hey race fans! C'mon out an enjoy the patriot day special. There isn't anything special about it this year except that you are the special fans that will have to pay for the free race this time". "And remember, hot laps at 7:00, races at 8:00pm SHARP"!
Haha, just pokin' fun. I'm sure they won't pull that on us.
