Hello,
I just bought a '99 Maxim chassis to race. I am wanting to get the chassis registered with Maxim, however I'm not sure where to find the serial numbers on the chassis. Does anyone know where they would be on a 99 Maxim???

What's the point?
A car that old may have had a clip put on that replaced the number.

I hope someone has an answer......I didn't know they even had a serial #...i've found date of production stamps on chassis but never a serial #...also why reg. do they have a contengence fund for winning with a Maxim chassis? ..please fill me in

On my 97 Maxim it had a plate with the pro date and chassis number on the left side top horizontal bar as you enter the cockpit., It's pretty hard to miss if it's there.
The older I get the faster I was

On my '01's there was a plate on the bar that forms the bottom of the "A" frame/seat back. You could also call this the bar just in front of the top of the tail tank. It had the mfg date and serial number.
