The weather has been terrible up there lately so I am not surprised... I wish I could go to Medford and hope the weather improves 
Looking forward to the new Golden State King of the
West series schedule!
Winged sprintcars = the fastest and most exciting
racecars on dirt!

"Looks like Quincy is cancel" is like saying "like it might or might not"???
Quincy is cancel is a definite cancel 
so I would say it is, but there is nothing on Handy's website yet.
