This info is from Gary Thomas who does PR for Mason.
Just wanted to see if everyone can think good thoughts for Mason Moore who suffered a fractured fourth vertabra last night in a hot lap crash in Chico. The Moore family wanted to thank everyone for all the texts and calls with get well wishes for Mason and wanted to let everybody know that they really appreciate it.
His dad says that Mason should be okay in six weeks and then they'll go from there to see how he's healing.

Update- Mason just got back from getting fitted for a brace and can have no activities for 12 weeks so it's a little worse than first thought, but the main thing is that he'll be ok.
