Please Put your Week 6 SFS Fantasy League Picks - here in this thread.
There are 2 very extremely important updates - but I will defer until tomorrow to post them. Too tired and pissed off to mess with them right now.
Update 1 - rule change on tiebreak (explained in depth later in this thread) Update 2 - Cyal8er is OUT of the fantasy league - replaced by D Town.

I thought I might have gotten the tie breaker for 2 reasons. I picked before Hoss and I had the highest finishing reserve pick but that's ok it's all in fun anyway.
Thanks Hoss.

I think tie breaks go to the team with the lowest overall total. We'll have to consult Mr. Commish on that to be sure. 4-0 BABY!!!!!

I wonder what the car count will be like with I-30 having their ASCS Nationals make-up race that Saturday? The Sooner Region vs Lone Star Region is at SFS Friday and Devils Bowl Saturday.

We have always gone exclusively off the Total Point Tiebreak.
But as became obvious last night - that cant work by itself. Wescoe and I debated the point - we were both inclined to give you the tiebreak - considering what it appeared to be. But since the rule was off total points - we thought it best to be consistent and score it that way.
However I am making a rule change because of it. When 2 people tie - and they get to that tie in different ways (different picks) - then cool, I'll score the tiebreak based off total points.
BUT - like what happened last night - when 2 teams have the exact same picks scored - the tiebreak will go to the team that picked first, not be based off total points. To avoid someone takin advantage of the total point tiebreak.
The other important news is we can officially say Cyal8er to Cyal8er. I will explain more on that in a bit. for now its taco time

Bandit I wander that as well. I dont think it will hurt SFS car count. I think it could only help.
I'm not sure we will get the 35 Sooner region reps like Creek had - but I think we still get most of em. Coupled with the Lone Star Region - its hard to say - hard to say what they will bring. They have only run 2 races so hard to say who is actually running for points. It may be 2 - it may 20. Hard to say. I'd be personally disappointed if there wasn't upwards of 40 sprinters at SFS. And I think its possible we could get some National Tour drivers at SFS too. For some drivers who may want to make a weekend of it instead of making the long haul for just one show at I-30.

Thats kind of what I do since I have never been up there. I go with the guys I know that have raced here at Enid then the rest is just a guess. Helping out here at this track takes alot out of me but we are going to make it up there this year and for Cody to be taking time to do this says alot about the guy. Its a blast and am so glad I joined this season and to Colby's Hot Rods I think you got me this week I dont have a clue on the sprints.

dirttrack234, Unless I am unaware that he has picked up a ride in a Modified, I don't think he will be running a Mod this Friday at the Fairgrounds, Ya might want to make another choice. Just thought I would help you out.
He will be running his ASCS Sprint Car though.

Joe Wood Jr. --- you had him down as your back up USA Mod pick...
He'll be runnin the 03 ASCS sprint car. He also races the same 03 in super sprints. The champ sprint #71 he races, and came from 16th to win in last friday, and is leading the champ sprint points in - is owned by the kind fellow responding to you lol (JD Porter).
still holding a faint hope I can get JD to play in this league one of these years lol.
Joe Jr. will just be in the #03 ASCS sprint car. But someone should get him a mod ride - I bet he could win in that too lol.

thanks man. just glad to have ya playin'. Colby is 1 tenacious dude......you definitely got your work cut out for ya.
I hope things start to look up for ya'll at Enid. Ya'll have a bad streak goin - of race nights gettin underway and the weather gettin nasty. Hope the tornado damage to the track wasn't too much and gets repaired soon.
keep one eye on www.ascsracing.com - because there will prob. be a press release sometime this week for the Inaugural Sooner vs. Lone Star Shootout - and if there are going to be any major national tour drivers at SFS - it could very well say. or just make sure to have a solid backup.
