I just happened to go on their today to, if you click on his 09 schedule he is claiming all the Santa Maria dates as 'bandit' races, Curto sure has been awfully quiet, very little sprint car info from the new promoter ...hmm ?

Dave and Pete have nothing to do with SMS. Daves Bandit announcement is his way of trying to f... with the new promoter. The guy needs to grow up.

Thats the schedule Dave had posted when the dispute arose. Very wise of Kearns to pretty much roll with it. Anyway, just keeping a eye on this deal. With a proper payout and points fund increase, this series could fit with my deal quite nicely.

Pretty sure the Bandits and SMS are history and will be a point of contention for years to come.
