Danny Wood won the ASCS Sooner Region race at Creek County. There were 34 sprinters, but not all were able to start the heats. Michelle Deckers' car had a problem and didn't make it out of the hot lap session. Jamie Passmore finished 2nd.

yeah saw that you had some car trouble. Don't sweat it dude, it definitely could not have been worse than what happened to me at this year's Chili Bowl. gettin an extremely violent stomach bug on the last day of the bowl. I won't go back into all the circumstances lol.

The strange thing was - I actually wasn't that mad about it at the time. When you feel THAT bad it's no longer gonna be any fun. I was just glad I made it back home - especially considering how much worse I got into that evening. But I still am bitter. The night the video debuted on Speed - I think Valentine's Day - I didn't want to be anywhere near a TV. After what had happened - I didnt really care to see what I unfortunately missed. I knew it would be a bad reminder. So I packed up and went down to Cowtown. I figured why relive the bad experience? when I could just make a new and good experience. so depsite cold temps we went down to cowtown - had a great time. tons of cars. tons of good racing. Thats what I took from it - ON TO THE NEXT.

But even still the Chili Bowl always plays on Speed on some late nights. Wescoe always mentions it - as kind of a joke because he knows I dont want to watch it lol. But thats just it - I have no desire to ever watch it. I've already been to over 20 races this year - And all but one of those experiences were great except one - and screw reliving it! lol. And of course I'll never eat Appleby's again lol.
