A friend called from Manzy and it rained at 10 this morning, the sky is clear and they postponed the race until 2 P.M. Sunday afternoon and all sales are final, no refunds. Oh, and yes, BigFish is on site! lol.
My wife told me if I went to one more Sprint Car race
she would leave me.................I'm sure gonna miss
that ol' gal.

My friend said he met BigFish in the parking lot and he told him that demolition was postponed for 60 days or something. Sounds like hope, huh?

I also told him it must be nice to see something run besides those Super Mods that run at Knoxville every weekend..LOL It was priceless darbo, you know him, it wiped that smile about the track right off his face. Did you know he stuttered? LOL
I had him a little off guard, because my arguments about how they qualify as being super mods is much better when I'm not typing with one finger...So I changed the subject..I said "hey, does he ever deliver your mail?", sometimes he replied. I held up a make believe envelope in both hands and said, "has he ever showed you how he can....I left em laughing..
How many times do I have to say " options are being looked at, it's not over "..

I'll tell you what, the first time I saw Jesse haul it into 3 on Manzy's big 1/2 mile in a hot lap session, I knew that boy could wheel a Sprinter. I'll be looking forward to seeing him, with a little luck, at Calistoga as well as the Western and Copper on dirt at Manzy. That boy has what I call "it"..even with a wing.
Terry Shaw caught this picture of him at the Roger McCluskey Classic in Dec. I was there and between him and Robert Balou, it was a lot of fun to watch, but Johnny showed em how a old pro gets around a tough track that day.
Hey JLS, what did that mean? I'm a little slow---most of the time.LOL And while you explain, who's JLS, just another modified sprint car team or what? BIG GRIN..

Hey Bigfish JLS is the first initials of me , my wife , and my daughter which is the name of my ascs sprint car team. i was wondering if Hockett could make it back from eldora because it is sunday now and he can still race the massey car.
