Yesterday
is history,
tomorrow is a mystery, and today is a gift. That is
why they call it the present.

i second that lol.
One has to wander how much a good idea that is though.....lol. I mean this guy does some extremely stupid shit for a living - and now he gonna go race a small car against kids? lol.
ok I am joking obviously. i dont know anything bout it - just thought it would be amusing to respond. It is kind of ironic - to have a Jackass star out there in a car. The word "safety" to the Jackass stars - is like "la migra" to illegal immigrants....they'll have none of it!
LMAO
How much would could a wouldchuck chuck if a
wouldchuck could chuck would

Mike Cook races and jumps Motorcycles, not cars. He does jump a motorcycle over cars and trucks however. Cook races in the Pro Pitbike Classes which are limited to participants that are 16 yrs-old or older.
Tavis Pastrana, an Internationally famous stunt rider and host of MTV's Nitro Circus Television program airing this season, is the rider that Cook performed the Tandem Backflip stunt with. Matt Hoffman, who resides in Oklahoma City produced the movie and the TV program that produced the Tribute to Evel Knievel an Internationally famous stunt motorcycle performer from the late 1960s through the 1980s. Ceasars Palace, Wimbley Stadium, Snake River Canyon are a few of Knievel's stunt locations that were aired on ABC Wild World of Sports television program. ABC was one of only 3 National Television Networks in the United States at the time. Telivised motorsports were rare, and Evel forged the way for many of the new Free Style and stunt performers of today.

Big Mike Cook may actually be flying a helicopter in the race inside the OK Corral Indoor Arena Saturday. He had arranged to race an Armored Personnel Carrier, but the rules called for Class C Tires only. In 1974 Steve Hunt sucessfully jumped his motorcycle over 6 Chevrolet Chevelles parked side by side inside the builting. Hunt gained speed outside the building, and entered through one of the two double overhead doors on the North end of the building, clearing the cars, but bumping his helmet on the overhead door when he exited the building on the South end. Hunt had a much worse weekend as he crashed head first into the clay at Tulsa Speedway a few months later.
