look for the grader about 1 am again
More weight, more regulation, more similarity in the
cars.... that will ensure plenty of thrills for years
to come. Only the most average talent behind the
wheel will be needed with such awesome equipment on
the track!

The Kings Royal? Once a GREAT race-now it's turned into a Nascrap style event. Any connection to Tony? Not sure, as I do respect the man. Must be some university grad running the place, whom is out of touch with reality.

How has it turned into a "Nascrap style event"?
Can't wait for the Kings Royal in July! I have a group of 15 coming for the Kings Royal Weekend. When you add in the Wednesday event at Limaland and a Thursday night USAC race, it's a great week of Sprint Car racing.

Other than track ownership and minor tweaks in the program it has changed very little including the winners purse which is identical to 15 yrs ago. My only complaint has been track prep and the fact they insist on starting under daylight conditions. Don't run the 360's on saturday do it on friday and wait till the sun goes down on sat to start time trials. You could run the 410 royal program in 3 hrs and still be done before midnight. I would like to scrap time trials and run 2 different sets of heats with the second set fully inverted of the start of the first then line up the A by passing points. I know that is herecy but one quick lap by ourself doesnt tell as much as 15 laps in traffic

Most times the NRA that some of U people are against puts on a better show than the big money boys. Should stay & watch them as well.

If I travel 8 hours I want to see all the racing that I can and not just a 410 show. The 360s do put on a better show than the 410s a lot of times. Glad to see they included them in with Saturdays show also.
