50 sprints and 41 midgets qualifyed. now waiting for two "c" mains for sprints. the stands are real
good. will let you know how good later.

thanks for the updates. btw, is that the line up, or the finish? looks like the finish... if so, austin did a great job.

It's called dead time. Since their is no smoking in the stands you will have to go to your back yard to smoke. Otherwise spend the time talking to those around you about the show so far.

Hey oregonfan4, are you up in the Pacific Northwest? If you are, what dirt tracks do you go to..Cottage Grove, Skagit? What happened to Portland Speedway?

Hey Kenny, been to skagit once was good, but rather save and spend the money on three trips to perris a year.

I can understand that. I can't tell you how much I missed Ascot and Manzy while I was up there. I was so excited to see the CRA boy's at Manzy, I hit my head on the arches going in..LOL

Vancouver, Orchards, by the lake in Camas and Portland. I was back and forth from Cali( started in 48 at old Carrell as a baby) to Phoenix until I left Cali in 74. and when I came back it was N.M. for awhile and now AZ again.
The last thing I did was catch one more steelhead before I left..A 23lb Native Buck out of the East fork of the Lewis river.

Just a guess on my part, but I think that harry was referencing a previous post on this board and meant no harm. Could be wrong though. If not it was funny, harry.

You figured right. I, like the guy in the northwest was not able to attend. I don't have any other rabid sprint car fans sitting around me to talk to. Just the computer screen in front of me and I too was waiting for results. In a way, I feel like the kid who is being made to stay inside to finish the homework while my friends are all outside having fun.
I am always happy when it's Super Ricky.

I wasn't sure, but I did notice that it referred to some post's I had read? earlier..LOL... so I just stayed away from it, and used it as a opportunity to connect with someone who lives up that way. Trust me, there are some things to miss about the Pacific Northwest.
