It looks like I may be heading down in February and I think I've talked a couple people into going with me. I've been to Perris, but they haven't so they're in for a treat. We'd be going to Vegas for the first time also for the USAC/WoO double header before then. Originally I saw that USAC at Perris would be the Friday & Saturday after (27th and 28th) but USAC's national schedules have Friday the 27th open.
Does anyone know of a show anywhere in SoCal or the Vegas area that Friday night before we head to Perris, or a Sunday show in Southern or Central California, or am I asking a little early? We've got three shows nailed down but we'd like to get that fourth show (this is a car trip from Washington).
I hope see some people again I met the first time I went to Perris in '07 for the Oval Nationals.

Tough crowd here. Oh, that's right...you guys are anti-wings, lol.
Rob, I'd gladly go to Manzy if I could, but I doubt we could work that out as that would require us to be away from home and our jobs for a while longer. If we lived down in your part of the country, it'd probably be no problem for us to do it.

Southern California is a tough place to race on a Friday night. Heavy traffic and to many people being the number #1 reasons. The only exception is the Thursday and Friday night Oval Nationals. I doubt that there is any racing down here on the date you suggested above. Didn't mean anything by my post and only wish you the best for your road trip. Be safe.
