Yea, they're good looking but I got more country in my little toe than they got between both of them put together! Of course I got no talent but I do have more country...

I'll take a Rhonda Vincent, an Allison Kraus, Kelly Willis, Leona Williams or anybody with an ounce of country soul. Even Loretta Lynn today is still better than some of this top 40, bubble gum, pop country they play now.

I think I might have to agree with Hank III:

Let's put the d_ _ _ back in Dixie and the c_ _ _ back in country!

OK, envelope officially pushed! ;-)

Patty Loveless can get in my car any day, even after all these years. Unless of course she turned out to be psycho, then that's another story.

um.........i have to question their hot-ness. I've never heard of ANY of them..........lol

aw i'm just jokin. i just dont listen, watch, or ever see anything at all to do with country music.

i got a chuckle tho out of what hook said - bout the D**k back in dixie and the C**T back in country. thats pretty funny. i always thought shania twain was like - soccer mom hot. not like beyonce hot. but like a hot lady you'd see at the local grocery market or something lol.

not sure where i'm trying to go with this. good time to stop

Didn't see the show. But the still photos reveal that Shania is still mighty fine. Martina McBride ain't bad either.

Ditto on all of the above. Especially Alison Krauss and Patty Loveless. But WOW!! Carrie Underwood can take my wheel anytime!! Great show!!

Btw, OKCFan, what are you doing on this thread anyway?! I know better than that. You got NO country in your little toe. ( Now you know why I didn't answer the phone tonite, huh?) Lol!

I think Martina looks a heck of lot better with her dark hair instead of that blonde she had. Those blue eyes of hers are kilers. I rememeber the first time I sw Shania on TV I had to cal my buddy and tell him to turn it to that same channel I was watching.

I posted all of that before the mother of all beautiful ladies appeared - and that be Shania.

I ALWAYS loved Patty Loveless and the way she sang

For a red head, Reba is very pretty, with the long hair. Non of that short hair crap.

And who can forget the little miss of them all - Barabra Mandrell.

Jesse Colter. I'm still a Waymore fan, but if I didn't respect the legend he left behind, and she was lonely, and i had a chance in hell......................................

Makes me think of the gal they called "Miss Audrey". Hank Williams Sr had a time dating her and being married to someone else. Merle Kilgore said " She was so pretty, she would walk down the street and men would crash into each other since they were distracted by looking at her. I KNOW, 'cause I seen it happen more than once!"

Trouble pretty with an edge. I've had a weakness for those.

"I'm gonna find me a reckless woman,

razorblades and dice in her eyes,

just a touch of sadness in her fingers,

thunder and lightning in her thighs"

easy there Mike lol. someone splash cold water on this guy!

as JD knows - it takes about near 300 midgets (or any higher than expected car count) to get me all wet and lathered. when that happens i'm like burt reynolds in "striptease"

Burt Reynolds from striptease - covered head to toe in vaseline. "eeeewwwww i can feeeeel it sqqwiiishhhhhhhhhiiin in my boots. while he is fundling a piece of dryer lint from the stripper he got a thing for. yeah thats an awesome scene. anyone who seen knows. and yep thats me -

when i see lists of many car counts. have towels handy - it becomes a very naughty affair. hehehehehe.

Good luck with that, SprintsRock. lol! He's too "slick" for us country-fied folk. (See above post. HA!)

No Country for Young Cheese. Sounds like a good song title, huh?

10-4, Mike, on Deana Carter! Nothing like a little 'Strawberry Wine'! Good stuff.

Hey, Dave, what was Barbara's little sister's name? She was hot, too. I remember her from their TV show. Man, I'm getting old.

No Country for Young Cheese - - - lmao. i'm wandering if you were making parity to the movie "no country for old men" or if you just flew it out there. that was a killer movie btw.

hey Sprints Rock i am up to having my horizons broadened - i'm willing to listen, learn, maybe like. but be prepared - as i will return the favor as well lol. and dont worry i keep it clean. by the time me and wes got to north missouri (8 hours in) - in effort to keep it clean i was running out of material. i have figured out i can keep anyone entertained with music for about 3 hours minimum. but after that it gets dicey. i've always been able to find amongst my music - material to satisfy anyone for awhile. to be honest i am always willing to listen to new music or even music i dont personally like - there is something to be said for being courteous. i mean - how else could i have survived being a dirt track race fan for 26 years LOL.

and speaking of that nomadic adventure to the land of those huge ass thorny things that grow on trees (what were those vicious things called?) - I am beginning to wander just how excrutiating was that drive for ya wes? lol. i'm messin with ya. i thought all was well at the time lol - if it wasnt i could attempt to outdo myself Tulsa style in January lol - it could be a raucous time - kinda like waterboarding. i do know you had to like the funk tho. the george clinton and parliament funkadelic - hey - it was brass wasnt it? lol. thats it man - i'm gonna make a country compilation just for you - it could come in handy if we tear off to iowa again next year and i need a 2 hour power nap LOL.

and btw dude - i never really thought you old till you started mentioning all this strange stuff from distant lands and past ice ages.... lol.
