Track Prep - I heard the front stretch was pretty tore up from the monster truck show bringing in a ton of dirt that had some pretty good size rocks in it. Also the cage fighting deal messed it up good too because I heard they built a big berm to put the ring on. I know Tom and Lanny were pretty busy trying to get that back in order. Also, the track hasn't been raced on in over a month, so not expecting greatness. Pretty windy today.

Fri Night VS. Sat Night - I wouldn't judge whether or not to go Saturday based on Friday nights show. I think it will be the lesser of the two. Saturday, every race will be a feature of at least 15 laps I'm sure and should be better overall racing. Although we will get a good idea of car count based on Friday night.

Purse - I think we could have added some to the purse to be competitive with other tracks. We could pay 1,000 to win factorys and up the mods too. I think it is sad when OKC area drivers will tow somewhere else when their home track is hosting a "big" race. This is Oklahoma City people! We should be leaders. We have greater population than other places and we can't even draw big crowds and have tons of cars towing in? Sad. I'll give Lanny one more season, after that if he is still around and up to the same ole, I will not be attending and that hurts my feelings. I will also begin writing letters to the fair board and the Sprint Car hall of Fame to revoke his place in that hall. Won't do any good, but I'll write a bunch of em!

In regards to the letters you might hold off on the fair board one. Although, I think the fair board has its mind made up already we do not need to give them more fuel to fan the fire.
