I have gotten a few E-mails and calls asking if Saturday's race is a day race. No. The gates open at 5:00 PM with racing at 7:00. I realize most of you know, but as we have run day races the past two or three years for the opener, some fans think it is a day race.

Any late word on possible "back east drop ins"? I have been checking myself, but it seems the ones who would like to be there have issues with Florida racing their event at this time. You got anything you can share?
