Tuscarora 50 Night 2

Format - draw for position - 31 cars - (4) heats (4) transfer - winner redraws for dash which includes Friday night's top 4 (Aheffer / Erdley / Leppo / Kauffman).

Conditions - 5 pm Hot Laps - Sprint / Late Models - Day Race Scenario - the tower was clearly had more liquid in them than the track.

Henderson Heat - back row start - passed 1 car - DNQ

Henderson B Main - (4) Qualify- 11 cars schedule to start - mid pack start - DNQ - passed by Rahmer and The Hammer - both of whom went onto the A main.

A Main - Leppo off to the early lead running the top- Erdley runs the bottom as top goes away on lap 17 and takes the lead from Leppo around lap 19.

Lap 25 - Half Time Pit Stop

2nd Half - Erdley lead the freight train around the bottom as Hodnett and Montieth run aggressive lines on the top for about 5 laps and settle into huggy pole. Leppo slips up 5 feet from the bottom on lap 39 and Hodnett takes second and runs down Erdley but cannot make a pass for the win as all cars locked into the same racing groove.

Finish: Erdley / Hodnett / Leppo / Montieth

Port Royal - see you next year

Henderson Cheerleaders - i hope he sticks it out and learns what others have said over and over about coming here to race our locals. as far as that "top 5" myth...well...maybe the country you referenced did not include Posse Soil?

The Good News - no one got hurt tonight on a very slick and crappy racing surface.

have a good day, BRR

In all fairness, though, BRR I don't think anyone in the country could climb into the No. 22Z and consistently run up front with the top teams in PA. That was why I never understood Henderson taking the ride.

Good report BRR. Its good to hear an actual first hand account from somebody that was there instead of the usual excuses we'll be hearing out this way. Hope to hear more on the upcoming nights out there in PA.

And for those of you that are scoring at home. That is now 0 features made out of a possible 4 features. Can't ask for much more than a .000 batting average.

now for the bad news - gigs for next two weekends -

maybe someone else can chime in with some results (singlefile?) and I can just add a few jabs to keep it real?

Grove Open weekend will be my next racing event.

BRR....you said "and maybe i can add a few jabs to keep it real" what a f-ing comment. You really are a 14 year old kid arent you?? Grow up...screw your disclaimer, you arent going to get rid of me as long as you and your butt buddy are gonna act like kids.

It's a shame it takes an OUTSIDER to re-ignite these reports.

Henderson has always had some trouble at the posse tracks, this allows him to get a little more experience. They could also have Henderson trying knew things on the car for whomever they have in the car next year.

Only race for me this coming weekend will be the 76er at Grandview. I have seen that race every year since 1985. It's not what it used to be, but it is always a wild show. What other race anywhere all year can you see a guy win his heat and draw 30th for the feature?
