This Friday night August 15th, 2008 the Wright One 360 Sprint cars return to action at Ocean Speedway. The Wright One 360's have had a four week hiatus, and both drivers and fans are looking forward to their return. The action should be intense as always, as this week represents the final night to pre-qualify for the 48th running of the Johnny Key Classic. Coming into the event Bud Kaeding holds a slim lead on the series points over Brent Kaeding. Bud is scheduled to race another event that quite possibly with interfere with his point lead this weekend. Looming just behind "BK" is the 2007 Johnny Key Classic winner, Jason Statler. Statler has been fast every time out and has already won within the series this year. Currently fourth in the standings is former World of Outlaw multiple time winner, Brad Furr. Brad has been picking up steam and a recent pair of runner up finishes indicate that the Big O Tires racing team is primed for a win. Nipping on the heels of Furr is the young gun, Evan Suggs. Suggs has had a successful year thus far in the Wright One series, picking off a win earlier in the season.

Qualifying should start at 5:30, followed by heat races at 6pm. Come see who the final pre-qualifiers will be.
