I don't know about the rest of you guys but after watching the "race" last night I looked to the sky and said "thank you daddy" for the Western World, the Oval Nationals, the Copper on dirt and every traditional race, racer and car owner out there.

Big Fish, if you dislike wing cars so much why do you have over 1000 posts on the major, primarily wing oriented message board? How much TV coverage will the "taditional" races you mention receive? Three hours of prime-time on Speed Channel or a 10 second comment from Despain? Watch the Olympics tonight perhaps you will find something that appeals to you cus you ain't gonna get your "traditional" stuff on TV

You have never heard me bad mouth any winged drivers, have you? I've been to a lot of winged races but not for a long time now. Lets see, Oh I went to Canyon to see the SCOA and Ricky Hood run a few years ago. It's 923 post's overall, not just on the main Hosehead board and that's a open board by the way. If you don't like what I post that's just tough luck for you bud. I think you're funny, give me some more please. As far as you know smart guy, I might have been to more winged races than you. I was up in the pacific northwest for some years and the winged show at Skagit was pretty good with the heavy track they ran in the early eighties along with the fact that the cars were not locked down as much as today.
Did you happen to notice I posted that it was good stuff that Sammy ran 11th in only his third race this year? Thought not!
Glad you enjoyed the show Saturday and come back and visit anytime..LOL

Hoseheads counts posts on all three boards (the total reflects visits to all three) that Kenny visits. There may be more. He even posts on the IOW Board. So his interests vary between non-wing and wing sprinters. You were just a little out of line to criticize BIG FISH, as he adds a certain flavor to his posts, that for one I appreciate. And it really is to bad that you had to comment because ususally I find your posts very informative and interesting to read.
Here is a link to all of Hoseheads boards: http://www.hoseheadforums.com/index.cfm
Just scroll down and there are maybe 10-12 forums under the hosehead banner.

Thanks, I'm glad you find some of my nonsense has a "certain flavor",I think.LOL What's the IOW board? I post on Robbie's forum sometimes http://www.abcmotorsports.com/index.htm because they are a top notch group of racers over there at ABC and there are some good people on that forum and mostly local Manzy guys. Whoops..and gals
This is a edit, is it Indiana Open Wheels? I'm a Hoosier by birth, but I woke up in Torrance...I don't post on that forum.

Yeah, I had everything planned to a T..A layover in Vegas, flying into kansas city to see the home of the chiefs, renting a car and driving up to knoxville from there, I even had a resident there that was letting me stay at their place. I just had some unexpected things happen aka(I blew out three tendons in my ankle), It is one thing to watch it on T.V, but I heard its a whole different atmosphere that one should expirience before expiring.... There is sooo much there to see, Especially the Hall Of Fame....( I will try not to blow through it in 10 mins) I will probly spend a couple of hours in there.... Not too mention all the Booze, and drunken debauchary, Next year I am definatley going, even if it means I have to get a wheel chair because of a bum ankle
