Great to see this class grow! I know the beginning of the year the car counts were down but things sure have picked up. Congrats to Ryan Bernal on the win and to Billy Aton for an outstanding year thus far.

Was a very entertaining race. Bernal went from 5th to first in 2 laps and Green went form 10th to 4th in the first few laps. Green passed Aton for second with a high line move in 3 & 4, but this showed Aton where the grove was & when Aton ran high he was the fastest car on the track. He passed Green for second the reeled in Bernal before making contact with him & ending his night. Sperry led first lap before spinning out, then came from the back mainly on top grove to get 6th on last corner pass. Ostheimer & Chaves both ran a good race, between the two of them I don't think they weight 150lbs.

What kind of motors do these cars run? Usac/Cra runs the 410's so are these 360's or are they smaller motors? Are the rules the same for Petaluma, Chico and other tracks in NorCal?

USAC/CRA = 410 Cubic Inch, Aluminum Block, Fuel Injected Engines, Aluminum Cylinder Heads.
Bandits, VRA = 360 Cubic Inch, Steel Block, Fuel Injected Engines (No Down Nozzles), Aluminum 23 degree Cylinder Heads with ASCS Restrictor Gaskets.
Wingless Spec Sprints (Chico, Placerville, Marysville, Petaluma, NCMA, Antioch, Ocean) = 360 Cubic Inch, Steel Block, Carbureted Engines, Steel 23 degree Cylinder Heads, With Starters
There may be some differences in the rules between tracks, like weight rule or tires.
