I've noticed Joey Saldana has yet to be added to the Knoxville Nationals entry list (perhaps just an typo by the website)..... I have no concern that Joey will be there, but I am curious if Kasey Kahne Racing is possibly making a late announcement for a reason.
Anyone have any information regarding KKR's late entry to the nationals?
Not to start rumors, but is it possible Kasey is attempting to hide the fact he intends to run the nationals himself in a second car? I know it would be far fetched (and not trying to start rumor), but just curious if anyone has any information.

I bet my life Joey will be there second place pays $75,000.00 as for Kasey well I think if your lucky you might catch him at osky but you never know he was a late entry last year but rain screwed that up.Jason Johnson is entered in the 19 kkr car so the team will be there.

From what I hear...there is a 9, 19, and probably a 91 entered.

Obviously Joey is going to be there.... I was just questioning if the delay was to hide Kasey's personal entry as long as possible.
I did notice the KKR #19 on the list, but I also noticed it listed on the entry page under a different owner than Kasey Kahne. I know it is KKR's team, but that different owner started the idea that Kasey was holding out his entry for a certain reason.

Ahhhhhh...... I thought there was a possibility. Kasey has ran pretty good in the 360 events against some solid competition... I wouldn't be surprised one bit if the 91 ends up in Knoxville.
By the way, awesome website; I'm a daily visitor! On a side note, have you heard any more about I-70 putting dirt back on the big high-banked 1/2 mile?
Thanks for the info.

Lets start at the top. Joey will be there just not on the site yet.
Jason Johnson #19E is Owned by KKR they have Jasons ASCS 360 owner listed as the 410 owner not Kasey. Lanny Row Owns the #41 Shop Motorsports Car.
Kasey is planning on Osky for sure and if time allows and there is no rain he is planning on the #91 qualifying on Wednesday.
Hope that helps you all.

If Kasey dosn't run, they should put Brad Sweet in the 91.

While on the subject of Kahne his USAC teams, at least the sprint teams could prolly use some tweaking too. Maybe time to ditch the JEI's and get some DRC's or Maxims. Brad Sweet is a great driver winged and wingless and poor Brady Bacon still has not won a race in the midget and sprint in a year and a half of driving for KKR.
