Matt Close led all twenty laps from the pole with Tom McGarry applying pressure from his fourth starting spot. McGarry made a run at Close on the last lap with a near pass in turn two and then was beaten to the finish by about three car lengths. Mitchell Moore finished third followed by Ryan Schlender and Michael White. Point leader Jonathan Cornell had tough luck on lap two when he got together coming off of turn two with Phil Heavelow with both flying off the backstretch and suffering too much damage to continue. There were two other yellows, one for Bradlee Roberts, who spun in between turns three and four running sixth on lap six and the final one for Lacy Harrison who lost a wheel right in front of the leaders on the backstretch on lap twelve. With his third place finish and Cornell's tough luck, Moore is the new point leader with next Friday being the final race of the season.
