Here are just a few photos I took in the early 80s in the midwest. I have a good 1000 more negatives that I have been slowly working through. These include early photos of the World of Outlaws, Knoxville, USAC, and more...

Those are sweet I'm curious to see what other surprises you may have in those negatives!! Maybe Doug Wolfgang in famous Weikert 29??

Tommy Saunders has aged well, last time I saw him he looked like he did in that photo, dang! Where's he at these days, drop me a line if you see this Tom. Take It Easy....
PS Do you have any pics of your Porsche, especially if it's vintage?

I know all of this is trivial, with all the innovations Donny Schatz has made over the last 10 years.
(to quote Larry the cable guy) Forgive me Lord, I couldn't help myself on that one!
Al Vanderwoude's Flying Dutchman sprinter with Barnes heads that Ricky Weld drove at Knoxville and I-70 in the early 80's. Keep Ricky in your prayers as he battles a serious illness at this time.

I have a bunch of old pics here, they aren't all Outlaw shots but most are, some good ones none the less. Most are from Chico and some from Calistoga and Skagit. I'm not sure what I'm doing when it comes to putting pics on here but I'm going to give it a try.

If anyone could help me out that would be great. I have them sitting in photobucket waiting, and they won't work on this site the same way I've put them on other sites. I'm not exactly a computer whiz, in fact far from it. Thanks.

That would be great! I made a huge mistake about 15 years ago when we moved I put the boxes with all my racing photos in the attic of my garage and they all stuck together. I was able to save very few, so I'm always happy when someone post old photos. Thanks!

Man that Weikerts car was tough back in the day!! 17 wins in a row!! That streak will never come to an end! I wonder if Barry Jackson will bust out the 29 again?
