Forgot one thing about Perris, Dave. About the time they form up for the fours, PAS plays "Thunderstruck" by AC/DC. Now that combined with the fours and all of the fans standing and waving gets my heart going real good. And I think most of all the drivers enjoy doing it as an appreciation to the race fans. Sounds like that was what the VRA drivers were doing - for the race fans. Good for the drivers! Hope things work out at Ventura. As turn4rob might say, "I feel your pain."

Trip ,I was at the drivers meeting last night Ventura.Spirits were High and staff and participants were joking, all is good.I was sitting in my car ,waiting my turn to hotlap and Jim Naylor was 20 feet in front of me when the first group lit up their tires ,throwing mud everywhere,as Mr. Naylor turned my way, being pelted by mud ,he had the biggest grin on his face. This guy loves racing. We will be doing 4 WIDE at Ventura ,when the oppertunity presents itself, but no 'Thunderstruck',RUMOR has it Mr. Naylor will do his own rendition of 'It's A Beautiful Day in the Neighborhood' [ I.E. Mr. Rogers Neighborhood, public acsess T.V.]
