See that in the B-Main, Mike Moore will be running the Phillip Floors 7K car that Kaley Gharst drives, while Russ Hall will be driving Moore's 69.
Anyone know what the deal is? One night thing to try some stuff out, or has Gharst jumped out of the 7K?

I just want to clear some things up here. We were having problems with the power steering locking up. We fired up the car before the heat to see if we fixed the problem by changing the lines on the steering gear. We already put in a new power steering gear and pump the night before. We jacked up the front end and Kaley turned the wheel to the right and left 6 times and the steering still didn't feel right to him so he decided to just call it a night.
We still wanted try to fix and test the car to see what was wrong so Mike Moore agreed to help us. We told him if he did'nt feel comfortable with the car, he could pull it in. We took the wing slider off thinking that was plugged up and that was not it.
Kaley later told us that the reason he left was he did'nt want to risk wrecking the car. At the end of the night we decided to take the car apart in the morning and see if something else was wrong. We found out the bar on the frame where the seat sits was welded on low enough that it was sitting on top of the torque tube when the car entered the corner which is probably what bound everything else up. As for the front end bouncing, the bottom RF shock bolt broke in the B. We will try a different car next week.
I understand that Kaley is frustrated and he has a good reason to be. But this is not the first time he has been upset, this year and last year. We have had a few good nights and bad nights these last 2 years, but that is all just a part of racing. Hopefully we still have Kaley in the seat this week.
If it does not work out, I just want to tell him that it has been a pleasure working with him these
last two years. I was glad to be a part of the ups as well as the downs. I hope you get the best high
$ ride available and I really mean that. If you do get that ride, I would to financially sponsor
you sometime in the future.
the future.
Sorry, I went off the deep end people. If you need any more
info, dont be afraid to come to the pits and ask. (and I am also a bad typer as you can tell.)
