until opening night of the 25th Anniversary Kings Royal weekend!
You wouldn't know it from any press out of the Speedway office though, it seems all we get shoved down our necks is press about the NASCAR, star-studded events like the "Prelude" to the dream, and the "Ollies challenge". Yeah, these events are scheduled first, but you'd think we could hear a little more about this more historic event?
Oh, well....as long as they push back that start time at least an hour this year, I won't have any complaints. Hotlaps on a dirt track, in western OH, starting at 6 is BS! Yes, I have voiced my opinion to the Speedway office.....
At least they aren't running the 360's Saturday night, according to the schedule....and I guess we'll see a past champions race on Friday night.....?
....the countdown 'til departure continues!

Can't wait!!! It'll be my first trip to the E to see winged cars since 2000, and my first trip to the Royal since 1996.
