I think that the two WoO cars who used provisionals were ahead of Pittman's Titan team in the points...ergo, they got the provisional spots.....

McCarl was 7th in points, Kemenah was 8th, Pittman 10th. So McCarl and Kemenah got the provisionals.

While we're on it; McCarl and Kraig are now out of provisionals until July 1st I believe...

that is going to hurt them real soon i'm afraid. it's been tough for ol T-mac so far.
