Shane was on the gas tonight at the PAS.

Top 10 against the CRA regulars at their home track, and this was only Shanes 3rd time at the PAS this year is quite an accomplishment for the young man.

Shane was mixing it up with CRA champion Mike Spencer for 20+ laps, even passing him at one point before bringing home an impressive 8th place finish.

Shane, at 16 years old is one of the most versatile drivers (young or old) in the country. In the last 12 months he has won on pavement (BCRA Midget), on the dirt without a wing (Lawrenceburg Speedway, Petulama Speedway) and just recently picked up a win in Golden State competition with a wing. We had the pleasure of running Shane at the Anderson USAC National Midget race in April. What impressed me was that it took him all of 3 laps to get up to speed and if not for a mechanical issue would of put it in the feature his first day in the car. What impressed me even more was his sincere appreciation (even though we let him down) for all the effort that went in to getting his program together for the weekend. Congrats on another great run !! Tim Clauson

Shane is always a great addition to the USAC/CRA sprint car field at the PAS. Definitely headed for stardom one day soon.
