Just wanted to get the word out that for those of you who were not in Chico this past Friday, it was announced that the Tribute to Gary Patterson will be held during the very last night of the Golden State Challenge Series season on July 26 at Silver Dollar Speedway. Wanted to thank John and Robbie for allowing the event to continue.

HELL YES!!!!!!
This is an important event. Keep the memory of race days gone by alive!
David Vodden had a special connection to the first GP race, would be cool to see him involved in it's continuance.
John and Robbie, you never quit amazing me with your commitment to this sport and its fans. It is obvious where your heart is, thank you.

So is the first night of that weekend a tribute to Walt Ross as well, not trying to be difficult, just a question.
Thanks

Remember when the GP race was started and run at Baylands? Non-sanctioned and Steve Kinser would show up. I don't know how many he won, but it was a bunch. Steve had a lot of respect for Gary.
Karl would stay home many times and Woodruff would turn the wrenches.

Sweet pic and T-shirt. That's cool Steve would do this to honor a good friend. To bad he can't do it these day's though.
Trophy Cup......Best race of the year hands down!
