Just like central PA, the debate rages on as to what Friday night track in the Hoosier state is the best. Gas City seemed to dominate about 5 years ago, but surface issues recently plauged the track. On the flip side, Bloomington is a great little joint with great racing lines. The track seems to hold together well, and the competition seems to be a bit better week in week out at Bloomington.
However, a great race at Gas City is as good as they come.
Let the debate go!
As a side, anyone know about Brownstown this Saturday?

As a Hoosier, I would have to say Gas City because some of the best races I've ever seen have occurred there. However, there is something about the red clay at Bloomington that draws you in. I guess it depends on where you live. As a northerner I'd say Gas City, plus Kokomo is a short drive on a Sunday night when you want to get home early. But a southerner would probably say Bloomington. Take that for what it's worth.

Yah, you Hoosier's sure have it rough...Try to pick between Gas City or Bloomngton.... who cares which you choose? Either track offers, in my opinion, great sprint car racing.....
Like trying to choose between Cherry Garcia and Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough ice cream.... either way, you cannot go wrong!

I agree, you can't go wrong with either place. It seems the surface issue at Gas City got cleared up in the latter part of the season last year. Jiggs got that issue worked out.

I vote for Chocolate Fudge Brownie or Karamel Sutra.

Bloomington is my choice, because Gas City is a gazillion miles from Evansville.

I'm more centrally located than Ron is. Indy is a great place to be if you like sprintcar racing. Sometimes the weather is a deciding factor on whether I go to Gas City or Bloomington on a Friday night.
I didnt think Pa fans had the option of seeing 410 sprinters at more than one Friday night track.
