In a normal mentality NASCAR decision, Robby Gordon got his 100 points overturned, but the most honest person in NASCAR, Frankie Kerr had his fine increased to $150,000.
NASCAR sucks sometimes, and things like this shows the complete lack of common sense and good judgement in this dictatorship.

You don't think the buck and a half is coming out of Frankie's pocket do ya Duano? Mopar can deal with their mistake with Frankie but not the hundred points especially with the top 35 cut off. NASCAR has whipped lil' Robby a few times before, he was due a break. I 'll get interested in the racin' part when they cut off the roofs and fenders then cover the tarmack with gumbo clay.

And one of our favorites Dave Blaney got bumped back out of the top 35 as a result.
