The first night (Friday) is done on last years owners points. After tonight, it will be current owner points that were on tour last year up until the 5th night. After the 5th night, it will come down to current owner points for drivers planning to drive the rest of the season with the Outlaws. Everyone gets 2 provionals until about July 1st or so. Again, check the WoO site for answers.
Kinda confusing, but thats what I remember from last year when the likes of Meyers & Kinser were not granted provisionals at Tulare. I could be wrong, but thats what I remember from 2007.

Except Madsen got a prov and his owner raced at Knoxville last year so some kind of adjusment the first night. Now it is based on point for this season or at least that is what was said at the dr meeting yesterday.
