You'd probably be pretty good with a 5.14. If you need one, I have one I can sell you.

We ran a 5.29 others 5.43.

JD, you are right on the money. We turned the motor 7600 to 7800 with the 5.29. Those with the 5.43 were at 8000 or so. A couple of years back I understand the mod"s ran 5.00 or 5.19. As the cars have gotten better they have wanted more gear and more motor. With 4 bar cars and motors in the 575 to 600 plus range mod racing is getting pricey.

Im gonna be runin the JRM crate 355 for the mods i dont think we quite want to be pushin 8 so that 5.29 sounds about right
