Thanks, some great quotes there and yes, I guess I'm a old timer. Be 60 on Groundhogs day and I can't remember NOT being at the track. You wouldn't find any rich kids parents buying them rides or a sprint car or Midget for Christmas in those days in less they wanted to get rid of him LOL

Thanks BarryC for the reading. I've read & heard a lot about Blundy, never knew he lived in the Galesburg area though. These old timers are slowly becoming extinct
and with what they had for equipment are true gladiators of the sport.
