Why can't Lincoln Speedway get an Out Law race? I talked to Mr. Lieby one of the owners and he wants one bad. He said he has the cash to pay up front but can't get a race. Why?
Anyone know? Please tell me this isn't politics at work.

why would a farmer sell his land to park cars on when he could make easy money by charging for parking and still retain his land?
