Hi, I have a photo of the #82 Ace Noffsinger-Chevy taken at a CRA race at Imperial sometime in the early 70's.

I've been able to determine the car made it's debut at Imperial in March 1973 with Bill Gadda driving.

The car scored 11 points in the '73 season, so it didn't race much. I don't have CRA owners points from '74 and following years. Does anyone have these? If so, is there a #82 Noffsinger car listed?

I'm trying to determine if it's Gadda driving in the photo I have or if it's another driver in the car at Imperial in another year.

Does anyone have an e-mail contact for Ace Noffsinger? I'd like him to see the photo and see if he can ID the driver.

The photo was taken by Tom MacLaren, Speedway Photos, Tujunga, California. Can anyone provide any information on him?

I grew up watching Bill race at T-car Speedway in Carson City Nev. with the weekly supermodifieds from the late 60's to the mid 70's. I could probably tell you if it's Bill or not by your pic. My e-mail is: [email protected]
