The only trend I see is YOU befriending great people you once considered FRIENDS! Have you burnt all of your bridges yet?

As for Stewart, I'm sure he isn't ALLOWED to run the 410's....sorta like you weren't ALLOWED to attend the Kings Royal in '07. The track was fine on Friday, wish it woulda been the same on Saturday night.

The one common factor in all of your comparisons seems to be "Outlaws". There's where you're going wrong pal, because we have a much better product here in the "minor leagues"!

Don't look now, but I think Fred has more dates scheduled in Florida for February than Kaeding & that "squirrel" Kevin Swindell have combined! LOL

not allowed to attend Kings Royal - why?

I can understand the true nature of opinions of folks who live in Ohio and PA and love their beloved 410's. problem is they try to take these opinions and spread them elsewhere. not understanding that its done - it really is. outside the "hotbeds" - they are not consistently running 410's. and this isn't going to change no matter how hard the 410 thumpers try to sway everyone else. I don't look down on 410 fans - just wish they would realize that the rest of us outside their circles don't have those options - and most are actually very happy with that. I think the silent majority here - outside all of us sprint car FANatics - are just thrilled to see sprint car racing - even if it's 305's. And yes MSPN - the Knoxville 360 Nationals are the best of that week. I brought up a point about cross scheduling a couple weeks ago - bout those 360 Nationals. I wasn't bangin on the Belleville Nationals - I think it's smarter to not run those races ont he same weekend - but it will work out in the end. My issue with it was the irony of the All-Stars running on thursday at Belleville. But really I just think they figure after last year - when many of their drivers went to Knoxville - they might as well schedule their own midwest race out there since their drivers would be heading east anyways. I think everything will end up just fine - but it's kind of been my opinion for some time that instead of the 410's putting together a better and more viable product for the fans, drivers, and promoters - they'll just cross schedule to try to hurt fan counts at big 360 races. Yes - I realize thats somewhat of a "conspiracy theory" - but considering how events unfold anyways in sprint car racing - I might not be that far off - but honestly - I actually hope I am way off. I welcome criticism to that thought - and know it'll come as well. its jmo.

I'm already tired of talkin this issue.

of course Guiliani has a lot of money - he hardly needs campaign donations after the amount of money he made off wackos flying planes into big buildings. when looking at all who have profited and the power they currently enjoy - well it kinda makes you wonder.................

Makes you wonder what? Say what you were going to. LOL

I chose to skip the Kings Royal because the track and racing was lousy on friday, my own mini-protest, lol. I still consider the Big E one of my top 5 favorite tracks though.

Florida has been the proving grounds for racing the last 3 or 4 years and the Posse has been so totally embarassed down there I'm surprised they're going back. Lapped traffic if they even make the A rings a bell in my memmory.

Friends come and go but friendship lasts forever, think about it. Tony does what he wants for the most part and racing a 410 mightt be considered less dangerous than an Indy car, even you should remember that Smitty.

Start practising your excuses, Florida is on the horizon. Take It Easy....

New here to posting, but been reading here for a long time: IMO racing is racing and I will go watch the kids on BMX bikes if need be to watch people racin' as long as it's on dirt .But again IMO I would rather see side by side and a great car count (like everyone) does it really matter what is under the hood? My preference is actually wingless 410's but the local (you guys in 'real' sprint car states will laugh) but the local 360's at Manzinita put on a good show with car counts around 30. Being cheap (teachers salary) I skip the $35 WoO shows which, given a pass here or there, are follow the leader around Manzy anymore. I'd much rather watch the SCRA guy's run side by side and make passes. Been to a lot of Knoxville Nationals too (my brothers and my 'boys vacation' but have spent the last 5 years going to the Oval Nationals at Perris in CA- That is an awesome show with lots of slide jobs and lots of passing. For what it's worth, raced a minisprint for 6 years and had the most fun without the wing (took away some of the advantage the $ guys had over me- not sour grapes but it was a lot more fun to run in the top ten than bottom ten!!! and was a better show for the fans. Who's standing in line to bash me for liking wingless and talking racing in AZ?
The last line of the National Anthem should be "Let's go Rac'n"

Trust me... lotsa people are waiting to bash you for that! I'm just proud to not be one of them, as I am a fan of dirt track racing... when I started watching them, they didn't have the lids on them, and I have grown to love winged sprint cars as that is all I have seen since 1980 or so, except for a USAC midget race at Husets in the late 90's...which because of the track conditions, wasn't all that great. I am really looking forward to seeing a non wing race in CA this spring when I go out to visit, because it will bring back a lot of sideways memories...so now there is probably a line starting to form to bash ME... lol

Fenders are like vacuums... they both suck.
