Bill, thanks for the write up. I'm always amazed at how much Knoxville Raceway and their partners do to support racing at Knoxville. From the weekly purse, insurance for the drivers, the contengencies, points fund, and so much more. Knoxville sets the bar in so many areas of our sport.

Knoxvilles support of the weekly racers is second to none,The vendors also show their support. From track prep to concessions everything is in order. The weekly races are also supported by the Nationals as it does well and its hard to run a weekly show with good payout for a profit. There are several top teams that have WOO or HI LIMIT equiptment and unless you are a top 10 team or higher hard to break even without good sponsers

Agreed. I think I saw where Knoxville is upping the purse in the 410 feature next season to be $1,000 to start. $ 1, 0 0 0 to start. and $6,000 to win.
Also happy to see JJ Hickle is forming his own race team to run around Knoxville weekly.
