There's a short clip up today showing Chase on his feet and, with the aid of a couple of nurses, slowly walking down a hall in the hospital. Doubted we'd see these kind of results this soon, if ever. It's still going to be a long road back for him but this is still the best news of the weekend.

This is the first I have heard of this as last update from his family states
(August 31st)
Chase spent the day resting and showed improvements. The ABG test came back and his oxygen and organs levels are good. His pneumonia is being treated and improving. It seems like tomorrow will be a day of reviewing the next steps.
As a family we’re all working endlessly in making sure Chase is well advocated for and is as comfortable as possible.
We can’t believe the level of support & love that’s out there for Chase & we can’t thank everyone enough. Please continue to pray, wish, & believe for Chase.

If they had Chase up and Walking I sure would love to see the video as it would be an answer to many many Prayers !
Could you Please post a link because I can not find it anywhere and there is nothing on the Familys facebook page they have been updating everyone in the racing community on...
The older I get the faster I was

Think I made a big mistake. What I'd run across., apparently, was a video of someone named Chase Giddens. There was no sound and it was only 30 or 40 seconds long. My apologies to all for the false hope as I too am hoping the best for him.

From looking at Chase Johnson's GoFundMe, there are a lot of very generous donors of $1,000+. The larger single donor is Parker Price Miller at $10,000. Rico Abreu donated $2,400.
