time for kasey to sign someone younger and faster.  brad has a full slate, it's showing he was always on the quad withdriving suit on last night showing track prep guys how to move chit around...overworked for sure...

he and kasey have had a great ride.

Ascot was the greatest of all time..

West Capital wasn't half bad either..

Or maybe time for Brad and Kyle to hire someone to run High Limit and let Brad get back to racing? Smile

Running the business while running in the business is a huge load for sure. That said he's still the top cat in points.

Running the business not racing much.  Dont fret that team can still whoop that a** if it want to get serious about it. Aint nobody replacing sweet as long as he wants to drive it folks. Id say hes driving for free to race high limit him and kasey have got something worked out they are probably pretty tight.

Not as serious as they could be. I think theres definetly another level there. But serious enough to win a nice chunck of change for the points championship.

Dont female out on me....that sounds like something my ex wife or one of my ex girlfriends might say. Bahahahaha

A lot can happen and if he continues to run this bad it could get close but as lousy as Sweet has been relative to his past performances, he's still got a big lead in the High Limit points. There aren't that many races left and Courtney is the only one remotely close enough to make it a battle. He's also running fairly poorly at the moment after a really great start to the year.

3k. The Skagit Nationals just became the richest race in West coast history to win. Now $102,626.26 to win $2500 to start

Granted the big paying races they have been off. But I am sure that about 99% of drivers if you told them that 7wins (6 HL and 1 WoO) 26 top 5s (alot of podiums), 30 top 10s in 35starts, and leading the points would be considered "off" then they would take being off any day of the week. The suggestion that Kasey sign someone else is laughable on multiple levels. Yes Sweet has a full slate, but judging by the fact that Kasey had the 9 setup with HL too shows that Kasey was onboard with this as well. And by watching both of them interact with each other at their normal parking spot at Knoxville, it does not look like their was too many concerns on Kasey's part about Brad's performance. If anything, Kasey seems to be a strong supporter of everything. The only thing that they have to worry about is what the sponsor is saying and if there are any concerns from that front. I also believe that earlier this year people thought he was off then the next thing you know he won 6times. People also said last year "how is he even leading the points when Gravel has won so much more than he has," then the next thing you know he has 11wins. With guys like him or Schatz or Gravel, etc whenever they go through a slump it isn't a matter of if they break it but when.

High Limit has more talent IMO than WOO. That, and whats worse for your own series than dominating it. That will get stale real quick. Sandbagging for sure.

Sweet isn't much different from normal. There have been years where he hasn't won a ton of races yet still managed to win the championship. A quick search of his championship years shows that the following:

2019: 16 wins

2020: 8 wins

2021: 16 wins

2022: 5 wins

2023: 11 wins

I'd say that the 6 wins this year is not really any kind of sign of anything. He's a great points racer and most likely will win his 6th straight championship.

If you're saying High Limit has more talent top to bottom than WoO, your opinion is at least a good argument.  If you're saying Brad was winning more in the WoO (which someone just showed is not necessarily true) because all he had to do was beat Donny, David, Carson, Logan, Gio, and Sheldon-------------that would be insane.  Is the High Limit tougher from 8th-12th?  Maybe.  Is it tougher at the top?  No.  I mean seriously, the 6th in points in WoO is Sheldon.  6th in points in High Limit is Peck.  Don't get me wrong, Peck is fantastic, but you don't seriously think Peck is tougher to beat than Sheldon, do you?

Sweet has raced in a number of WoO events against those "weaker" guys and has only beat them once.

Just my opinion and it aint worth shit.  HL puts on the most entertaining races, speed aint everything.  I watch HL almost exclusively.  If I just gored your ox I would say get the fuck over it, watch what you like and follow them, period.
